A radio interview…me? I was so excited when I was asked if I could be interviewed at Wind Mill Radio in Stafford. To be honest in all the times I have been to Stafford, I had not realised there was even a radio station there. This place is quite amazing. It’s 100s of years old. It used to be a windmill and the whole structure is still there. However, the small local radio station is run by volunteers.
On the day of the radio interview, as soon as I arrived (I was the first to get there so I had to wait outside till the DJ opened). As i stood there, a huge downpour rain almost soaked me to the skin. Thankfully, after a warm cup of coffee we were ready to begin. You can listen to the radio interview here on this blog, which I hope you find interesting. I must say, I really enjoyed the whole experience. I wish I had more time, as I think I would love to be more involved, especially as they offered me my own show!
We talked about my art and my book The Scruffy Dog Story and inspiration behind my work
