I want you to feel fully confident and completely satisfied with your purchase. All items are carefully checked and packed prior to delivery. However, if for any reason you need to return, please note my policy as follows:
- Ideally contact me as soon as you receive your item, if you are not satisfied, so the issue can be resolved quickly and smoothly. An excellent customer service is what I strive to maintain, believing the value of trust, and how I myself would like to be treated if I were the customer. If it is not possible to contact me straight away, then please ensure it is within 7 days of receipt of product, 14 days for international.
- To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.
- Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned items. You are responsible for this.
- Returned items not received in their original state will not be refunded.
- If you have received your item damaged, then in the first instance contact as soon as possible and as stated above, to resolve the issue. Please email me a photo of the damage so I can arrange a replacement. If the package arrives damaged, please also take a photo prior to opening the contents to enable me to forward to the courier company for investigation.
- Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Refunds (If applicable)
Once your item has been received back and inspected, I will send you an email/phone to notify you that I have received your returned item. If your item has been approved for return, it will be processed immediately and you should receive your refund within 5 -7 days of receipt of items latest. This will be to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless your items arrived damaged to you. I strongly recommend you use a tracking service when returning items as I cannot guarantee receipt. A refund will only be authorised upon receipt of returned item.
