Delivery
All items are printed to order so please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery to U.K. For delivery to Europe allow 2-4 week. Rest of the world delivery will be 4-6 weeks
These time scales are just approximate, however if the item is in stock already, then it can be delivered much quicker. If delivery is required urgently, please let me know and I will do my best to despatch sooner.
I will confirm via email the day the item is despatched and will forward your details to the courier company to enable them to give you delivery confirmation. Couriers we use for standard delivery include Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes.
If your item has not arrived within the above time scale, please get in touch immediately to allow me to investigate with the courier company, so I can offer to resend or refund. Please ensure you check that your delivery address is correct at time of placing your order as Joan Kennedy Artist is not responsible if goods are sent back due to incorrect address details. Re-delivery charges will apply if goods have to be resent.
U.K. Delivery Costs
Free standard delivery on Homeware /Gift orders over £50.00 to U.K Mainland.
Delivery charges are based on the product category and calculated at the basket page for you.
For framed prints and original framed artwork, separate delivery costs apply. Items are shipped via courier or Royal Mail and will require a signature. I am unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

£50.00 – and up – Free shipping
Framed prints and originals – Flat rate £20.00

European Delivery Costs
Currently due to Brexit I have website set up to U.K. However, I do ship outside the U.K. and estimate a flat rate for packing and shipping cost of £15.00 for Homeware/Gift orders to the Republic of Ireland and £20.00 for framed prints and originals. However, please contact me directly if you wish to order anything to Ireland so I can confirm costs prior to placing order.
For all other European Homeware/Gift deliveries, I apply a flat rate of £40.00.
All items are shipped using a reliable international courier and upon delivery will require a signature. The rates above are an estimate and could go slightly up or down. Therefore, I have set the website to show U.K. only delivery and request for shipping outside the U.K. that you message me to ensure I can obtain the best shipping rates for you at the time of order. I will get back to you within 24 hours at the latest.
USA and Rest Of The World
Contact Joan direct for shipping costs outside U.K. As an indication, generally a flat rate shipping cost for Homeware/Gift orders of around £25-£50 for non-EU deliveries. All items require a signature on delivery.

Deliveries to some countries may be subject to local taxes and import duties for which we have no control and are not liable. In this instance please contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details.
